The 10-part course is taken at your own pace. It introduces you to the concept of mindfulness and how to integrate easily into your day. This simple concept can really make a difference.
It can be daunting to ‘work on yourself’ but the course is slow and steady and, as always, I keep it realistic.
All you need to do is commit to watching each video, you set your own pace and there’s a task to complete. Once you feel you have the hang of it, you move onto the next one. Some you will incorporate easier and more natural than others.
