Are you affected by bloating, IBD/IBS, indigestion or discomfort during digestion, this workshop could be really helpful for you.
Did you know that your gut plays a major role in your immune system? And did you know that a lot of your ‘happy hormones’ are produced in the gut?
We’ll be covering the following:
- what is your gut microbiome and why is it important?
- what influences your gut bacteria?
- prebiotics and probiotics
- how it affects our hormones
- how can we make positive changes to our microbiome
You’ll leave with an action plan with steps on improving your gut health that you can start straight away and there will be time for questions. If there is something specific you’d like me to cover, please don’t hesitate in letting me know and I’ll make sure I include it.
