LIFT LEAN is the at-home resistance-training programme for women. Doing you workouts at home are convenient, they give you time back, affordable, no childcare required and you can do them at a time that suits you. We all find it difficult to fit in our workouts but choosing to do them at home can make life a little easier.
It has been proven that as we age, our metabolic rate lowers as a result of losing muscle mass. Following a resistance-based exercise plan can keep or increase your muscles mass which then increases your metabolic rate. This means you will burn more calories at rest, even when you sleep. It’s the best for of anti-ageing exercise with many other benefits too.

This programme is run fully online; via a Facebook group where all your information will be posted.
This 21-day programme includes the following –
- 5 fitness sessions including
- 4 x resistance workouts (2 x weights, 1 x resistance band, 1 x bodyweight) and 1 full body release
- You have the choice to join 1 session live via ZOOM on Tuesdays at 6:30pm, the other sessions are recorded, unless otherwise stated
- Daily check-in with me covering nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, hormones and more
- Full support from me and others on the exclusive Facebook group
- Continued access to the group until my next one opens so you can still catch up or repeat the workouts
