This course is ideal for anyone pregnant, who have recently had children or are further down the line with older children and who feel their core and pelvic floor doesn’t quite function as they used to. If you are affected by back pain, pelvic pain, Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), pelvic organ prolapse or leakage when you laugh, cough, jump etc this can really give you the starting point to improve your symptoms.
Each day we focus on a different aspect of optimising pelvic floor and core function. You get a video in the Facebook group covering this.
I also do a daily check-in covering any aspects you’d like me to (not necessarily pelvic floor & core related!)
